I've been doing this blog for about two weeks or so, and I'd like to take this time to reflect a little on what I have done and what I'd like to do in the future.

So far I think the blog has been going very well. I have posted a couple of articles I wrote for The Concord about thrift stores and bargain shopping and those seem to fit well with my vision for the blog. I hope to add more in the future. It's just that with school and work, I don't have much time to work on articles (but I am trying my hardest).

I would like to start putting news on here. I was thinking about posting headlines only and providing a URL or link to where they can be found. I'd also like to add a daily forecast if possible. I am working on this as we speak, so please be patient.

I chose to write about Louisville because it is my hometown and I am very proud of it. I think Louisville is a wonderful city that has much to offer its citizens and visitors. I think there are a lot of hidden treasures in Louisville or little spots not many people know about and I want to do several articles on places like that. I would also like to write posts that have important events and dates to keep people up to speed on what's going on around town.

I would also like to start a section for store, restaurant, music and all kinds of reviews. I have been working on a list of places and things to write about, so hopefully those will be coming along soon.

So far I think things are going well and I have a lot of ideas for this blog. I will hopefully be implementing these ideas soon, so keep checking back for updates!
